Bikram Yoga North Shore welcomes all students, including those who have never practiced Bikram Yoga or other types of yoga. To get started, all you need is you. You’ll find everything you need at Bikram Yoga North Shore, or you can bring your own. Yoga mats and towels are available for rent at the studio ($2 each) and apparel is available for purchase.
To take class, students need:

Bikram Yoga North Shore recommends a light, satisfying meal 3 hours prior to class. It is best to limit food intake 3 hours before class. Regular practitioners drink plenty of water throughout the day; this is recommended for beginners. Bikram Yoga North Shore asks that first-time students arrive 20 minutes before class. Students can register online or at the studio.
